Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, nestled in greenery with a large lovely plot. The proximity to saltwater swimming and wonderful Slussen makes this a wonderful stay. Wintertime is calm, in harmony with a crackling fire from the stove in the living room, where the whole family can enjoy a good dinner together. Or why not just relax with a good cup of tea on the sofa. Popular Slussens Pensionat is about 2 km from the residence and most swimming areas are within a good distance. The space The house is just over 100 sqm and consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with all the machines that may be needed for a pleasant stay. The living room invites with a cozy sofa, fireplace and everything connected to the punch veranda. From here you can also reach the large terrace, where there is a lounge sofa, sun chairs and barbecue. Outside in the garden, there is a sandbox and slide for the little ones as well as a nice lawn for various activities. The back of the house consists mostly of rocks and leads out to the cozy forest. The master bedroom has an associated bathroom with bathtub, and even from here you can go out to the porch. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has a family bed/bunk bed with wardrobes. Bathroom 2 consists of shower and washing machine.
