Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to hiking and biking trails. We are located a mile from the ridgeline trail system and are right off Lorraine highway, which boasts some of the best road biking in Oregon. This is a basement apartment with its own private entrance and we live upstairs. We do our best to stay as quiet as possible during your stay, but you may hear some intermittent sounds from upstairs during your stay. We also have a small very friendly dog named Kali who you may see in that portion of the yard on occasion. Experience the best of Eugene from the comfort of our cozy basement apartment. We provide a private entrance to ensure your stay is as comfortable and independent as possible. You can come and go as you please, with no need to worry about disturbing others.
