The Loft

Charming studio/loft in the heart of Boalsburg! Just a short walk to several great restaurants, a fun brewery, a cool bike shop, and a ceramics studio for kids and adults! Perfect for weekend getaways, business trip, or a relaxing home base while exploring everything Boalsburg and State College have to offer from Penn State football games to the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts and everything in between. Located 10 minutes from Penn State's campus. The space Our loft is located above our 3 car garage near Main Street in Boalsburg . It has ample room for two people and contains a king size bed with nice linens, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, a living area with sofa and TV, a beautiful pool table from 1922 , a bar sink, microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. We reside in the house adjacent to the loft. There is a nice backyard with a mix of shade and sun. Additionally, there is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs during temperate months. Guest access Guests have access to a reserved parking spot close to the steps up to the loft. Guests may use the backyard that has seating, a play set, and a fire pit. Other things to note While we love dogs and have an Old English Sheepdog named Molly, unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs or other pets in the loft.
