As you arrive on the street there is plenty of parking right outside the property - this is a disc zone and we will leave discs at the property for guests to use. The location of the property is perfect, just a short walk in to Scarborough's Ramshill shopping area, South Cliff beach and seafront and only a short distance from the town centre. Lets Take A Look Around........ *LOUNGE AREA* A spacious and calm living room which will instantly make you feel relaxed and calm. Two large comfortable settees are the perfect place to sit, relax and unwind after a busy day exploring Scarborough. A 55 inch Smart television means that you can access a wide range of channels as well as logging on to may apps and also gives you access to stream your own Netflix or Prime accounts. The room benefits from a large bay window that brings in lots of natural light. *KITCHEN & DINING AREA* A superb open plan space at the rear of the property with a door leading out on to an enclosed rear patio area. This room benefits from the morning sunshine, making it the perfect place to start you day and enjoy a coffee and some breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would expect, including: an electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle coffee machine and toaster. There's also a full array of crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils for you to use during your stay. A large dining table that comfortably seats the whole family takes centre place and overlooks the kitchen and the outdoor space. The perfect place to sit and eat, drink and chat. There's also a TV in here which is handy for children as it has a built in DVD player. *4 BEDROOMS* All four bedrooms are presented to a high standard and feature beds with high quality luxury orthopaedic mattresses. Room 1 - king size bed - sleeps 2 - ground floor Room 2 - single bed - sleeps 1 - first floor Room 3 - king bed - sleeps 2 - first floor Room 4 - double bed - sleeps 2 - first floor All bedrooms have their own sink as well as wardrobe with drawers, bedside drawers and mirror. There is plenty of storage space meaning that every guest can unpack and really make themselves at home. We have a travel cot and high chair that can be made available. Please request these when booking. *MAIN BATHROOM* This is located on a half landing between the ground and first floor. A large bright and luxurious bathroom with WC, sink, bath with fantastic overhead Mira shower, heated towel rail and storage shelves for your toiletries. *SEPARATE SHOWER AND WC* This is located on a half landing between the ground and first floor and is right next door to the main bathroom. It's handy to have an additional shower and WC located in its own room right next door to the main bathroom. This means that when the main bathroom is in use, other members of the house can also shower and use the WC. *REAR PATIO* The rear patio area benefits from the morning sunshine and can be accessed through a door from the kitchen. This area is private and enclosed with a secure gate so you can relax and unwind in privacy and safety. This area has been upgraded for the 2024 season and has new outdoor furniture. The perfect place to sit and unwind. Guest access You have access to the ground and first floor. There is also a half landing between the floors. Ground floor - living room, king sized bedroom (sleeps 2), dining area. kitchen, access to rear patio area. Half landing - Main family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC. Shower room with shower and WC. First floor - King sized bedroom (sleeps 2), Double bedroom (sleeps 2), Single bedroom (sleeps 1). Please note there are 4 doors on the top floor and these will be locked and not accessible.
