Escape to the Cabana Sunset House on Lake St. Clair. Built in June 2024 this spacious two story home with fabulous sunsets is perfect for group vacations or fishing trips. Kayaks (summer only )and Fire Table. Accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably. Walking distance to Cabana Blue Lakefront Sports Bar and Grill. Located 1 mile from the DNR boat launch. You can dock your boat/boats at our 50' sea wall with shore power. Parking for 8 cars or 4 fishing boats. The space Experience your get-away at the Cabana Sunset House on Lake St. Clair with breathtaking views. Our home has two living room spaces with a 65” and 70” televisions. One on the first floor and one on the second floor which enables groups to spread out in the home. There is a coffee bar on the first and second floor with beverage refrigerators. We offer extra amenities such as starter coffee pods, creamers, sugar, and bottled water. We also provide laundry pods, dryer sheets, and extra cleaning supplies. There is a chest freezer and smaller refrigerator in the garage for bags of ice and extra food. We have very high cleaning and sanitation standards. Showers, bathrooms, floors and all touch surfaces such as keypads, light switches, cabinet pulls, remote controls etc. are sanitized after every guest visit. We clean and maintain the exterior of the home. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds with high quality linens and blankets. The king and queen beds have power bases so you can adjust the head of the bed if needed. Noise machines are provided to help soothe you to sleep. The home has a tankless water heater. The second story balcony has tables and seating with spectacular sunset views and the first floor patio has 2 dining tables. Fire table has chairs. 4 loungers. There is a boat rental place with tritoons and a bow rider nearby ( open summer months)See our guide book. We provide kayaks in the summer months. Kayak in canals/ lake/ and St. John Marsh. There is a corn hole game to use. There are 3 fishing poles available to fish off the seawall. Bait can be purchased at a nearby bait shop. Guest access Guests can access the entire home except for the owners closet on the second floor and third floor.
