Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis of 70 private acres, in the middle of which is this charming little house composed of 2 bedrooms with double bed each, suspended toilet, bathroom with "Italian" shower, equipped kitchen, TV lounge with WI-FI, designer fireplace, terrace overlooking its private pond, outdoor wellness area with Nordic bath and modern sauna. Covered plancha barbecue and adjoining petanque court overlooking the wooded park. The space approximately 55 m2, consisting of a living room with TV, high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber), fully equipped kitchen (oven, Krupps coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, freezer, storage), bathroom with fully tiled walk-in shower, towel dryer, hair dryer, separate suspended toilet with hand washbasin, 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 double beds, storage and connected TVs. Guest access Entire place, private pond in 70-acre park, completely private. It is strictly forbidden to invite anyone who is not planned from the start in the rental. No parties, no tents, no noise in order to respect and preserve nature, the tranquility of the local fauna (many birds, squirrels, ducks, geese, herons, frogs). Thanks for understanding! Other things to note We do not accept groups of more than 4 people (no weddings, birthdays, parties, etc.), no inviting outsiders, not originally planned in the rental, no tents in the park, no fire outside the brazier provided for this purpose, no noise please (audio speaker allowed at low noise level, and in peace please... to enjoy nature and rest, respecting the surrounding fauna!
