New vacation house on the island with the pool

This location is perfect for a quiet vacation getaway yet minutes from town, restaurants and shopping. Our newly built house has high end finishes and is very well stocked. Only organic products are used in the house. Once you enter our house you will feel at home. There is beach and water access from the town landing that is just at the end of the street, kayak rentals available as well. Both North and South ferries are short drive away and can take you to farms, wineries and the Hamptons.
