This is a quiet and clean family house where we’ve previously lived by ourselves. We have 1 room open to let. Close to QE Hospital and the University of Birmingham; 5-10 mins by car to Selly Oak Station, QE, and UoB. Alternatively, it’s a 20-minute bus ride, and the bus stop is in front of the house. Ideal for anyone who needs a short stay for travel, work, or study. Free parking is available in front of the house by the roadside. Guest access There is an electric digi lock equipped on the front door, and each bedroom is also fitted with a mechanical digi lock. Guests can gain access to the house by receiving a unique access code, which will be provided at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. During check-in, there’s a doorbell camera fitted next to the front door. Guests can contact us if any assistance is needed.
