Tucked back in a property in trendy Seminole Heights, this kitschy camper is decorated in bright , campy decor, and features a private deck with picnic table and charcoal grill, full bathroom, pool access and an RV queen comfortable bed. Just minutes to Busch Gardens, downtown, historic Ybor, Raymond James stadium and Tampa zoo and close to many bars & restaurants. The space This camper is on a shared lot with our main home and another rental home, but the guest will have privacy and priority pool access, unless the other rental is occupied and then the pool becomes a shared space. The property is abundant with bamboo, fruit trees and tropical plants and near many tourist attractions and restaurants. It is just five miles from the Tampa airport, 3.5 miles from the cruise ports, three minutes to Walmart and four minutes to Publix. It is the perfect place to stay if you are in town for a sports game, visiting historic Ybor, or a concert. Guest access Pool, camper and patio with charcoal grill and picnic table. Area between the two houses are not associated with the Airbnb property and are private. Other things to note *PLEASE READ *This property is in an established neighborhood but is still in the city near major roads, so you may hear traffic while outside. *Guests will have priority access to the large pool with an 8 foot deep end. Pool becomes a shared space when other rental on the property is occupied. *Pool is not heated, but can be a comfortable temperature April - October, depending on tolerance level. *This is an older camper, but has a newer foot pedal toilet, new electric water heater, new refrigerator and new central air conditioning. *The stovetop inside the camper is not functional, but the property has a charcoal grill and charcoal and utensils are provided. *Also, the camper has a small shower that may not accommodate taller guests and the bathroom is compact. *This listing does not allow pets, and not ideal for children due to the pool not having a security gate and a few thorny plants on the property. *WIFI signal may be not consistent and weak at times due to the camper being made from metal. *Sinks and tub are original to the camper, and do show some wear, however they have been cleaned and disinfected thoroughly between guests. *The camper did not have central heat, but a space heater is provided for colder weather.
