Villa with wonderful views

Bring the whole family to this villa in the countryside, with wonderful views of the mountain world. Here you live within walking distance of both the lake and the forest. If you're lucky, you can aim the Big Sea monster! The villa is bright and fresh with generous surfaces. The large garden invites you to both play and pick strawberries, as well as meals on the large terrace. 200 meters from the house there is a small country store, where there is also an electric car charger. The space Large and bright hall with storage in a large bench, shoe cabinet and drum major. As soon as you step through the door, you are struck by the magnificent view. To the right you will find the larger bathroom with a bathtub. Beside the bathroom is the house's largest bedroom. Here you sleep well on new bed mattresses in beds measuring 90x200. Here there is plenty of storage in wardrobes. Seen straight ahead from the hall, is the generous living room. There is seating in a three-seater sofa and three armchairs. Here you can watch TV. On colder days, you can enjoy the heat from the wood stove. Or simply enjoy the view through the full-height windows. To the left of the hall, is the kitchen. With its surfaces, this invites you in for cooking and baking as well as dining around the large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped and you can enjoy both an air fryer and good coffee from a Moccamaster. Inside the kitchen you will find the family room, where the children can climb the climbing wall (without shoes!) or watch the house's second TV. There is also a bedsofa with room for two. To the left of the kitchen is the smaller toilet with a shower cubicle. Further inside is the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. In this part of the house are also the smaller bedrooms, each with a 90x200 bed. In connection with these there are some children's books to read as well as small toy cars, lots of lego and some games/puzzles. Guest access As a guest, you can use all spaces in the house, except for the computer room and the garage, which are locked. Other things to note Orrviken is about 15 km from Östersund, where you can drive in 15 minutes. Within walking distance is the Moosegarden, where you can get really close to the king of the forest - the moose. Just under a mile from Orrviken is Hara jetty with a popular summer cafe, where affordable home-baked coffee and light dishes are sold. At the village's school, there are electric light trails that are advantageously used both in winter and when there is no snow. A bike ride away, there is a large natural grass field for that spontaneous soccer game. 3-4 km towards Östersund you will find the pearl Andersön. This nature reserve offers both swimming, fishing, barbecue areas and a family path as well as paved paths for walking or running. On Norderön, where you take the ferry, you can play golf on a scenic course or visit the farm cafe/shop Tivars. Further towards Östersund is the cozy Lon with its café and flea market. The house is close to both nature; forest and lake but also the reasonably large and pleasant city of Östersund with the lively city center with shops and restaurants. Before you reach the city itself, you drive over Frösön; which also offers beautiful nature, golf course and culture. Here, those who dare can cycle downhill on the island's slopes. Östersund comes alive during one of the country's most popular and well-attended festivals - Storsjöyran. Many are the world artists who have stood on the various stages. On the outskirts of the city is Jamtli historical land, well worth a visit, summer or winter, young or old.
