Bright ecological guest house

Arrive and relax! In the Backhaus of Hof Grindau, 110 m² of timber, clay and wood combine with modern furnishings and create a quiet, stylish atmosphere for a natural relaxation. While our horses are leisurely on the paddock trail and the vegetables thrive in the greenhouse, children's dreams come true in Lukas' tree house or in the sandbox outside the door. Time to relax - centrally located from Hannover City, Hannover Exhibition Grounds or Heidepark. The space The old bakery of Hof Grindau with 110 m² on 2 floors offers a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a cozy living room with two sofa beds, a bed box. And if you want to work: a desk with a 27" flat screen (HDMI), fiber optic Wi-Fi (100 Mbit). The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, sink and toilet (bathtub is upstairs). From the living room you can reach the terrace, which is equipped with a lounge chair, a dining table and chairs. In the fruit trees, a hammock hangs from spring to autumn to relax, and the year-round, covered barbecue area invites you to social evenings. Upstairs you will find a spacious living and sleeping area with a king-size bed that offers two pull-out bed boxes. Here you will also find a freestanding bathtub, a sofa bed with a bed box, a hanging chair, two loungers and reading chairs that invite you to linger. Guest access The guest house is located on the property of Hof Grindau and is accessible via a shared driveway and the courtyard. In the courtyard, the car can be parked, then simply follow the old stone path - past the threshing floor and the main house - to get directly to the guest house. At check-in, the door is open, the key is on the inside. At check-out, please insert the key again from the inside. Basically, we keep it so that the left area of the garden from the bakery can be used by our guests. Other things to note Our guest house is ideally available for two adults and 1, 2 or 3 children. With 3 children, 2 children can use the sofa beds in the living room. In front of the cottage is a small sandbox with lots of sand toys and a mini tractor. The ground floor is basically accessible at ground level. Since we are subject to monument protection, however, no door is wider than 70 cm. Since we have horses and cats ourselves, dogs must always be on a leash when leaving the guest house and their droppings must be disposed of. The dog walk conveniently starts across the street from Hof Grindau! We offer horse owners the opportunity to use our riding arena and the surrounding pasture. Your and our horses are separated by a Patura electric fence with 6000V.
