Visit Finland and enjoy a stay at our stylish, well-located cabin! The log cabin is recently constructed and located by a large lake, just 5 km from the services of downtown Hartola. Here you can expect a large private property, 250 m of private shoreline. Right by the lake’s shore there is a wood framed gazebo with a fire place that can also be used for barbecuing. There is an electric as well as wood-burning sauna. The wood-burning sauna is also equipped with a glazed terrace for cooling off. The space There is a villa, a modern sauna building with a living/bedroom, and a grill canopy. The main building has two bedrooms and a loft with sleeping places for six and the room in the sauna building has a comfortable sofa bed for two. Well-equipped kitchen. Guest access The storage building in the yard is not available to guests. Other things to note Bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels are included. Linens for beds for an additional fee of €20/guest. The use of linen is mandatory. The kitchen has dishes for eight and extensively equipped. Basic products like oil, salt, sugar, spices, and coffee are included. For rent to responsible tenants only, not for party use. No smoking. The Jari-Pekka gas station near the Hartola town center, 6 km from the cabin, has 12 Tesla Supercharger stations as well as Neste chargers for other electric cars. The jogging trails of the King's Trail along the shores of Tainionvirta and the Vellamo biking trail are located nearby. For those interested in riding, we recommend the Unettu Horse farm (Unetun hevostila). Delicious dishes can be ordered directly from a local entrepreneur, JPS Catering. The location is only 1h 50min drive from the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport but in the middle of peaceful nature.
