Studio apartment just outside the center of Piediluco, in a very quiet residential area, with ample common parking. Besides the bathroom, there are no divisions; everything is compact and within reach. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, a sofa bed, a study corner, and a fireplace. The large terrace allows for much of the time to be spent outdoors. The lake is 200 meters away, and trails for walking or cycling start from the house to explore this beautiful area. The apartment is located in the heart of green Umbria, facing the lake of Piediluco, a perfect studio apartment for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Recently renovated, it is a small but comfortable 37 sqm space, well divided, very bright and quiet, with 2+2 places on the sofa bed, and a large 23 sqm terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The furnishings are simple, colorful, and functional: the kitchen corner is very well equipped and also includes a small pantry; the bed is double and linens are provided; the bathroom, with window and shower, is cozy. Towels, bath sheets, and a hairdryer are provided. The heating is independent and there is also air conditioning. The sofa bed allows for two additional sleeping places. Parking is easy and close to the apartment. Piediluco is a wonderful lake in the province of Terni, with breathtaking views and glimpses; the lake's waters give rise, not far away, to the Marmore Falls, the highest artificial waterfall in Europe and one of the most impressive natural beauties in Italy. Other important centers are easily reachable, such as the nearby Valnerina, Spoleto, Norcia, Foligno, Assisi, Perugia, and Rome is an hour's drive away. The characteristics and location of the accommodation make it an excellent retreat for various types of stays, for the numerous cultural, religious, and food and wine attractions, for the possibility of practicing many sports (canoeing, rafting, trekking, climbing, mountain biking, horseback riding), or for a romantic weekend. The price includes sheets, towels, and a quick first breakfast; other services can be requested optionally (breakfast with typical and organic products, wood for the fireplace, a bottle of wine in the fridge, etc... just ask beforehand).
