The space The new 1100 square feet cottage fully equipped with spacious living areas and all amenities has been built in 2024 on a peaceful 20 acres wooded property, facing the Blue Ridge Mountains. You can enjoy a beautiful view on the Shenandoah and meet wildlife in a relaxing and quiet environment while being close to Charlottesville. Guest access Easy and full access to the cottage, but pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons.
