Many more adventures await you in this outdoor paradise. The space We have 3 bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a queen bed with adjustable frame and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a full bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds with a small desk. All bedrooms include closet space and a smart tv. The Master bath has a spacious walk in shower and the second bath is a tub/shower. There is a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, range, oven, refrigerator, and well supplied with dishes, utensils and cookware. There are a washer and dryer with cleaning supplies. The spacious living room has wifi, smart TV, electric fireplace with a hide-a-bed sofa. The rear patio is covered and well lite at night with a table and chairs, the side patio has table and chairs with an umbrella to enjoy meals off the BBQ grill. Guest access You have access to the entire house and property with the exception of the attached garage. Other things to note No pets. No smoking. Smoke alarms are installed in all appropriate rooms. The house is all-electric with no fuel-burning appliances so carbon monoxide detectors are not necessary however they are installed. You must be over the age of 25 to rent our property No additional guests or visitors that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10 pm Self Check-In using digital door lock and private code. Check-In is anytime after 3 pm and Check-Out is by 11 am Digital door lock code will be sent after booking is confirmed. Space for 2 cars to park on the driveway. Larger vehicles, such as trailers, boats, motor homes, busses, and similar long types may encounter difficulty in parking.
