Please note, unless you've rented entire house there are 2 rooms rented separately on site. This home sleeps 5. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each & a twin futon in the dining area. The bedrooms are on the second floor. The house has 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs and has a dining table to fit the whole family. If you are interested in adding 2 more bedrooms & 2 bathrooms please inquire. We have 2 units on the property that we rent separately. The space We are located in a neighborhood just outside of Seward. It is an approximate 3.4 miles from Safeway or about a 6 minute drive. We are about 4 miles from the Seward boat harbor or about a 8 min drive. We are about 5.3 miles from downtown Seward or an 11 minute drive. Other things to note There is no washer and dryer on site for guests to use, although there is a laundromat located at 335 third ave. Last load is at 8pm. If you would like any housekeeping during your stay please don't hesitate to reach out. It will be an additional $50 for a housekeeping visit.
