High on a cliff in the Sierra Nevadas, the Ridge Sierra gives you a magnificent view of the Carson Valley. One of the most luxurious features of the resort is its collection of rooftop hot tubs. Only minutes from your door is Lake Tahoe. There you can bask in the sun; play volleyball; or take to the water for swimming, sailing, and windsurfing. There are a number of public golf and tennis facilities nearby. In winter, there are several ski areas within an easy drive. The space All of these suites have Kitchens and a living room fireplace. The two bedroom suites also offer a fireplace. On the top of the buildings you will find a sun deck an outdoor hot tub. On the top of the main building you will also find BBQ's during the summer and fall seasons. As an added bonus, while staying at the resort, you will have access to amenities offsite at the Ridge Tahoe's club house, Indoor/outdoor pool, Indoor tennis court, indoor racquetball court and health club. Guest bedroom equipped with either 2 twin beds or a 1 queen bed in each bedroom... All of these suites have Kitchens and a living room fireplace. Guest access The Ridge Sierra sits at a high elevation as is it perched atop the Sierra Nevada mountains. The resort has many steps and no elevators to guest rooms so this property is not recommended for guests with limited mobility or the need for supplemental oxygen Other things to note The nearest major airport is the Reno/Tahoe International Airport, 60 miles away. From the airport, follow Hwy 395 South through Carson City, take Hwy 50 to Stateline, and turn left on Kingsbury Grade. Continue to the top of the mountain, turn right on Tramway Drive. It will turn into a one way road. Please continue on past the Ridge Tahoe. The Ridge Sierra will be on the right side after that. It is a dark brown building with blue awnings and railing.
