Enjoy a charming 2nd story Apartment in our Farmhouse nestled between the Hudson River and the Catskill Mountains! Centrally located on a quiet street, Hart House is a short walk from the Farmer's Market, village shops/restaurants, and a short drive from hiking, kayaking, swimming or skiing. -2 Bedrooms (queen & full) w AC + Day Bed -1 Bathroom with a Large Clawfoot Tub/ Shower -WIFI and Roku TV -Full Kitchen with Coffee -Parking in Driveway *NO PETS, NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES* The space This 2nd floor apartment has a simple entry way through the front door (with passcode) and up the stairs. Around the corner from the apt. door you will find a shoe closet with hooks and complimentary house slippers. The bathroom has a cast-iron clawfoot tub with fixed and hand-held shower heads. A small step stool is there to help to get in/out of the tub. (Please be careful!) A farmhouse chair sits tub-side for drying/changing/shaving. On the long floating shelf there is plenty of space for personal toiletries, and a complimentary set incase you forgot something (toothbrushes, paste, floss, ear swabs, razors). The 2 bedrooms (one queen and one full) are complete with a dresser, closet, ceiling fans and window AC units, beside lamps, clocks/noise machines, and battery lanterns (incase of a power outage). There are AC/USB plugs bedside as well. The queen bedroom has a full-length mirror and ironing board. The full kitchen a farmhouse sink, fridge, microwave, stove and coffee station. There is a small breakfast counter as well with 2 stools. The central dining room has a round farmhouse table with 4 comfy chairs and some decorative elements. The living room has a love seat couch and 2 chair sitting area with 2 coffee tables, along with a daybed/reading nook. For entertainment, there is a Roku TV with Apple Airplay capability (Hart House TV) and some board games. This room also has a window AC unit. Guest access Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed access. This is my house as well so please be respectful of the space and avoid going around back where our entryway is located. That being said, there is a front yard and porch which you are welcome to use. The porch has a hammock which is quite cozy.
