Comfy private guest suite studio-has it all!

PLEASE READ ALL INFO&PICS 😊 Keep it simple in my peaceful, comfy guest suite studio w/private entrance,private bath& little kitchenette. No shared spaces. Quiet dead end street, great location in town. Feel like you’re staying at grandmas with warm charm. Queen bed&vintage sheets. Twin floor mattress or pack&play. 2 seat table&chairs. Desk, loveseat, WIFI&more. Discounts for longer stays! Patio set to enjoy outside. 6 1/2 miles to casino&I65. Hour plus to beaches. Lots to see&do nearby The space Single level comfortable 1994 home on paved, dead end street in town. So convenient! Bordered by woods on two sides so you may see deer! Park on concrete driveway. Nice park and seasonal splash pad just a quick stroll away. Also in walking distance of our wonderful downtown shops&restaurants. Casino&movies/bowling just 6 1/2 miles away. Beaches an hour plus away. Check out my guidebook. There is DoorDash and Walmart delivery here. No shared spaces. The suite is a large room that is comfy cozy and charming. I love using vintage sheets, which don’t always match but I adore their soft feel. I also keep a beautiful comfy quilt and lots of pillows on the queen bed. A large bathroom is attached to the room and has a walk in closet. There is a small kitchenette that has microwave, toaster, air fryer , mini electric skillet (perfect for 1 or 2 people) small crockpot, mini waffle maker, mini pancake maker,blender, electric tea kettle, immersion blender, food chopper and stocked coffee and tea station…see photos. **Please do NOT bring in any other cooking devices. In the guest suite is a 2 seat table and chairs and a loveseat. There is a table with umbrella and 2 chairs to enjoy outside. Available with advanced notice is either a pack and play for babies or a twin floor mattress with all linens. Your guest suite is your own private retreat with private entry and hallway. The rest of the house is private. No shared spaces. If you’re towing a boat, smaller rv or trailer there is some room to park it at the dead-end area of my road adjacent to my property. Please message me for details Cornhole game,football, basketball ,paddle ball and a bicycle and an umbrella stroller and kids wagon are in the garage for your enjoyment. Outdoor dining table and padded chairs with umbrella right outside the open garage. Beach supplies in the garage for your use also; just please return them. Guest access Parking will be on the concrete driveway. Access is through the keypad entry door in the open garage. A hall provides access to your private guest suite. Pictures on listing clearly show your hallway as well as all other aspects of the listing. There is one tiny step up into the house from the garage; Other than that it is all one level. There is a keyed lock on your bedroom door. There is a nice table and padded chairs with umbrella for your enjoyment right outside the open garage. This listing is a guest suite only; NOT for the entire home. However, your guest suite, bathroom and little kitchenette are private and no one else uses the keypad entry door during your stay . Other things to note Discounts for longer stays which will include cleaning once a week and one load a week laundry service! Two seat table and chairs are in the room. Comfy loveseat. If you need the twin floor mattress or pack and play , let me know and I’ll get it all set up for you. A walk in closet is for your use with lots of hangers The Kitchenette has a small fridge with little freezer, microwave, toaster, airfryer, a mini electric skillet, small blender, small crockpot , mini waffle iron and mini griddle, immersion blender, electric tea kettle and equipped coffee station. Please do NOT bring any other cooking devices into the room. We welcome your one clean , well behaved pet under 50 pounds OR two small well behaved pets that must be on flea prevention. Please keep your pet quiet, leashed at ALL TIMES Please don’t leave your pet unattended and clean up after him/her. No pets on bedding or furniture please. Pets cannot be left unattended ever. While your pet can use the front yard with you present, they must be kept in a leash and must pick up after them. Please don’t let your pets chew on my porch items or children’s yard toys. Yes it’s happened :-( To protect everyone, your fur baby must be clean, on current flea prevention and up to date on vaccinations. Please do not bathe your dog in the bathtub. We have a wonderful vet office and pet groomers in our town! My daughter is a vet tech! We have a selection of DVDs including the classic To Kill A Mockingbird (I have the book there too) in the cabinet the tv sits on. Games, cards and wonderful books are located in the smaller walk in closet and in the cabinet the tv sits on. There is a very nice laundromat that takes debit and credit cards, as well as coins and cash and free WiFi just down the street on the corner of our road and highway 31 owned by people we know. Stays 6 days or longer we do one load of laundry for you for free!! There are beach toys, beach blankets and beach bag in the garage for your use. Also there’s a frisbee, football and cornhole game!
