Bedroom with double bed and adjacent en-suite bathroom, consisting of shower and vanity. Separate, fully equipped kitchen and lounge including large fridge/freezer, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster and air fryer. Two seater sofa and 55” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV including Netflix, Kayo, YouTube (subscription required). Guest access The self-contained guesthouse is located at the far end of our property with access via a separate gated entrance with self check in available via lock box. Ample off street parking is provided under a car port, sharing a drive with the main property. Other things to note The location is perfect for access to the Northern Suburbs including Joondalup, Hillarys Boat Harbour and Mullaloo as well as the Swan Valley restaurants and wineries, only a short 20 minute drive away. Nearby Yellagonga Regional Park offers a great space for walking, cycling and nature watching amongst the lakes, wetlands and green spaces. Whitfords and Edgewater stations are a short drive away if commuting to the CBD.
