Your Beach House to see and hear the sea!

We are in front of Piratininga beach. The beach here is almost private, just cross the street and dive in. All rooms have a view of the The space The house is right in front of Piratininga Beach. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves is an unparalleled differential. When we enter from the beach, we come across a very large outdoor area, on the right side there is the possibility to park 3 cars comfortably and on the left the pool to relax. In the back, following the balcony, is the laundry area. Entering, we have access through 2 blindex glass doors that allow a view of the outside area and also the beach. We first find the living room with a 50" TV with Oi TV with movie channels, 500 Mega 5g fiber optic internet, sofa and coffee table in the comfortable annex with open passage is the dining room with a 6-seater table, from the table it is possible to see the TV and also interact with those in the living room. I took advantage of this interactivity to put a sofa bed in this environment, making it easier for those with mobility restrictions, because from this environment we have passage to the kitchen, quick access to the bathroom without a shower stall and also an area that is on the same level. In case of events, the number of visitors will be evaluated and a different rate will be charged. Our neighborhood is super residential and therefore I ask for everyone's cooperation regarding noise, loud music and also parking cars only in permitted places so as not to generate any inconvenience to neighbors. I also ask for your cooperation in not flushing paper and tampons down the toilet, and always leave the trash in the trash cans with lids.
