Billy branch Hideaway

Monthly rental only. Billy branch hideaway is nestled in the woods above the beautiful Wolffork valley. Relax in the serene atmosphere and watch the wildlife. It’s the perfect place to connect with family and rejuvenate. You have seclusion and privacy, yet are in close proximity to local restaurants, shopping, hiking, waterfalls, and area attractions. Close by is zip lining, mountain coaster, snow tubing and ice skating in the winter, and beautiful lakes for summer fun. The space The hideaway is very secluded and quiet. It is on a gravel road leading up to the house, but the driveway is concrete. Other things to note We are on a spring so the water is amazing to drink. No filter needed. We are limited on amount so it is best not to wash cars, fill swimming pools, slip-n-slides, etc. There is ample supply for laundry, showers, toileting, etc. We do have an abundance of wildlife including bears. We supply a bear proof trashcan, but ask that you not leave trash outside or food in your car. There is a small shop on the property in the back. We ask that you not access this. It is a personal wood shop and will remain locked.
