A 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, just 20 metres from the water’s edge at high tide. Enclosed, all-weather entertaining area, a Lego activity table, gas BBQ, and fans, Pet and Child-friendly with a shaded, fenced outdoor area. Open-plan living with kitchen, dining, and lounge. Main bedroom, ensuite, walk-in robe, and ocean views. Bedroom 2 overlooks Point Lowly Lighthouse. Main bathroom has a shower, bath, separate vanity, toilet. Front deck with secure glass fencing and undercover fenced parking. The space Unique waterfront beach house with amazing views to the east for the sun rise over the water and Flinders ranges and to the west from the front deck for stunning sun sets. Best Snapper fishing spot in Australia, (but not at the moment of course) great crabbing area and King George Whiting. During April to August the Great Cuttlefish migration is on and to see them is truly amazing. All you need to do is walk into the ocean out front of our house to 1.2M and look down. Don't believe me. Take a look at Jonathon Birds Blue World and scroll to find his Giant Cuttlefish edition. He stayed with us in 2019 and discovered what locals have known forever. There is an excellent Council play ground just a 3 minute walk away. Shower/toilet there as well. Guest access The house is yours during your stay. There is a safe enclosed outdoor play area for Children or Pets. Enclosed back deck perfect for those windy days. Undercover parking. I will arrange key collection. Just call if I can help with anything. Please advise if you are bringing a pet. We need to allow additional cleaning time and cost. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are open only when booked. At low tide there is a rock pool area directly in front of the house that is a mecca of rock crabs and a wonderland for children of all ages. You can sit on the front deck and see them clearly while they explore. Very safe with no waves. On high tide you would not know the rocks were there. Other things to note Before you book, please be aware that the guests included in the booking are the only people allowed on the property at any time. Please do not book if the plan is to have Family or friends or clients drop in each day. Bookings for 4 Adults will have the two front bedrooms prepared. Access to the other 2 bedrooms will not be available. A single supplement is available on request.
