The cost to rent at this property is $125.00 total - beds will have new mattress protectors, pillows and comforters. ** The linen package includes- a top sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcases, comforter, a towel & washcloth for each guest. The price is a TOTAL cost and not per person. This rental package does not include beach towels. ** Bed Inventory is 1 King, 2 Queens and 1 twin Guest access Guests access the main security gate via the internal system whereby the guest is added to the homes rental list, furthermore, access to the condo is via a smart lock keypad on the front door, no keys needed.
