Charming Attic Loft in Historic Marion Gem! Unwind in a cozy, light-filled attic loft nestled within the historic Bolander Prohibition Home in the heart of Marion! This recently remodeled studio offers a unique escape, perfect for a solo traveler or couple seeking a comfortable and central location. Just a five minute walk to the downtown center with entertainment, dining, drinks, shopping and more! The outdoor balcony is great for morning coffee or used as an airy workspace. The space The Attic Loft boasts brand new lofted, cathedral ceilings, new windows and flooring and has plenty of natural light throughout the day. There are blackout curtains for the sleeping area to offer you a comfortable night's sleep, and the outdoor shared balcony is perfect for a morning cup of coffee, breakfast, or enjoying the evening breeze. Just a 5 minute walk to the downtown center where you can enjoy local restaurants, bars, shopping, festivals and more. There are several wedding venues within a 5-15 minute walk as well. Guest access Guests will access the attic loft via a shared outdoor stairwell and covered balcony area. A Key lock box is located on the exterior door handle and you will be provided with the code for the key. Once inside, there are five steps to a shared landing, and a private entrance for the 3rd floor loft. Key lock boxes are numbered for the 2nd and the 3rd floors respectively and you will be given the code for your own key to open the 3rd floor. Other things to note The brick exterior of the home will be undergoing continued renovation until complete. If there is anyone scheduled to be doing exterior work, we will inform you prior to approving booking. We are on a fairly busy street so AM/PM rush hour can be noisy. There is a white / brown noise machine and box fan if you are a light sleeper.
