To ensure a pleasant stay, the apartment is equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed internet, HD-Smart TVs in both living rooms and the master bedroom, and air conditioning throughout the property. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and extras for your convenience. We provide beach accessories such as towels, chairs, and a cooler. Bathroom towels, hair dryers, and toiletries like soap, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided. We've designed our condo with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. It's a welcoming and well-equipped space where you can create lasting memories during your vacation. You will have access to the 3 different pools, one of them has a water slide. There is an infinity pool, and a boat shaped pool. The gym, walking trails, & basketball & tennis courts are also accessible to all guests. (Pickleball coming soon!) It's a safe neighborhood located near beaches, restaurants & bars. The apartment has 1 free parking spots available, perfect if you're renting a vehicle. Taxi services available nearby. Ubers can sometimes be difficult to find in the area, car rental is recommended. Don't know the area? Don't worry! Pueblo Supermarket and Walmart Supercenter are just 5 minutes away from the property. A little further and you will find Ralph’s grocery and deli. Guests will need to provide us all guest's names and the main renter's email address so we can send the contract agreement & registration. The contract agreement contains the rules of the unit & complex and must be signed in order to be authorized access to the property. Visits are not allowed. Maximum of 6 guests per reservation, no exceptions. Guests that are not listed in the registration will not be allowed to enter the property. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.
