Ideal for families and groups of friends, the villa is located in Öykütepe, 2 km from Tirilye, an old fishing village. Establishing a strong connection between modern architecture and the natural environment, this house has a pool hidden in the forest and panoramic mountain, valley and sea views. It can be used as two separate residences with a retractable mezzanine door. There is a vegetable garden and fruit trees in the garden. It is 90 minutes from Istanbul and 25 minutes from Bursa. The space The house promises enchanting views and endless peace. It is surrounded by olive trees as far as the eye can see, far from the settlement and offers the opportunity to watch the sea view in the middle of nature thanks to its panoramic design. With the mezzanine door that opens and closes, it can be used as two separate residences or combined as one large house. The maximum capacity of the house is 8 people. Upstairs, there is a living room, open kitchen, entrance, pantry, guest toilet, bedroom, dressing room and master bathroom; downstairs, there is a living room, two guest bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and technical room. The sofas in the upper living room can be converted into single beds. There is a cooling pool in the backyard. There is underfloor heating and a combi floor heating system, and olive seeds are used for heating. There are ceiling-mounted fans in all rooms for use in summer, there is no air conditioning. Spring water with a potable report is used as drinking water, the pool is fed with this water and the remaining water is used for irrigation. There are no chemicals in the pool water. The house has 2 dogs living in their kennels in the enclosed area. To take care of the garden and dogs, the housekeeper must visit the house twice a day, in the morning and evening. The time is determined by the availability of the guests. In the summer months, no fire can be lit outside except for the barbecue on the terrace, the garden fireplace cannot be used, and cigarette butts cannot be thrown on the ground. Pets are allowed, provided they do not enter the house. Guests are free to pick fruits and vegetables in the garden. The house is solar-powered. We kindly ask you to avoid operating devices that create high resistance, such as washing machines, dishwashers, irons and hair dryers, at the same time, especially at night or in sunny weather. Otherwise, there may be a power outage. For the same reason, we ask that you turn off the exterior lights at night and not leave unnecessary lights on. You cannot jump into the pool as the pool depth does not allow it. Pool water is changed every three days. Since the remaining water is used for garden irrigation, we kindly ask our guests who use sunscreen or oil to take a shower in the shower right next to the pool before entering the pool. The house is 10 minutes from Tirilye Public Beach and 20 minutes from Kapanca/Korsan Liman Bay. Although it can get unpleasantly crowded in the summer, it is pleasant in the spring months and on weekdays. In Tirilye, which dates back to the 5th century BC, it is possible to see traces of Ancient Greece, Byzantium and the Ottoman Empire.
