Located in the beautiful region of Drôme-Ardèche, it is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists. A 2-minute walk away, you will find the Peyrus swimming pool. The space This apartment adjoining the owners' house is completely independent. Thanks to a private staircase, you will have direct access to the large 25 m² green terrace, ideal for enjoying the setting sun. You can eat there, or rest on the deckchairs or hammocks to the soothing sound of the river flowing at the bottom of the house. The apartment includes a large bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen, open to the living/dining room, is equipped with a sofa bed for two people and a desk. The bedroom, very bright thanks to its canopy, can regain all its privacy and accommodates either a 180 x 200 cm king size bed or two 90 x 200 cm beds. The materials used, such as wood, lime and earth plasters, provide warmth and friendliness to the whole.
