The house is only 3 km from downtown SFX, with easy access. Perfect place to rest, breathe fresh air and enjoy good times with your loved ones. All rooms have an oil heater and ceiling fan. The space offers: - Complete gourmet area with barbecue and pizza oven; - Complete kitchen with all utensils and appliances; - Laundry room; - Towel and full bed linen; - Cleaning products - Basic kitchen product (salt, sugar and black pepper) - 1 support freezer and 2 refrigerators; - Heated infinity pool; - Spa with dry sauna and hot tub; - Wi-Fi; - Claro Internet; - Gazebo for relaxation; - Fire pit; - 2 lakes; - Trampoline; - Slackline; - Children's sandbox; - Dollhouse - Swing; - Slide - Sand court with Beach Tennis and volleyball accessories; - Chicken coop; - Drinking water from the spring; - Parking; - Generator; - 220V power Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the property Other things to note ***HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: Two options to choose from: (CHECK AVAILABILITY OF OPTION "B" BEFORE CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION) Option A: Daily rate R$250.00 - SERVICES: Clean up the house, bedrooms and bathrooms, wash the mad, put the breakfast table, turn on the hydro and sauna, light the barbecue, pizza oven, fireplace, put hammocks, pillows in the pool. Option B: Daily R$500.00 (upon request and availability of the caretakers) - SERVICES: Clean up the house, bedrooms and bathrooms, wash the mad, put the breakfast table, turn on the hydro and sauna, light the barbecue, pizza oven, fireplace, put nets, pillows in the pool and prepare some simple dishes as: Rice, beans, fries, steak, noodles, barbecue, salad, juice, sandwich, cake, egg for breakfast and general support in the kitchen. The kitchen service is for lunch only, the homemakers do not prepare dishes ready for dinner. NOTE: The day of the check-in and check-out of the guests counts as a normal daily rate to be paid for the services of the homemakers, regardless of the time of arrival or departure. Workload: From 7am to 5pm with 1(one) lunch break, any overtime should be negotiated for availability and settled directly with the homemakers.
