If you don’t live in Japan, your host is required to request your passport and keep a copy of it for recording purposes. So please allow me to copy your passport photo when you check in. (You are required to provide a copy of your passport if you are a foreigner who does not have an address in Japan. Therefore, it is not necessary for foreign nationals living in Japan with permanent residence rights or student visas, or Japanese nationals living abroad. However, you can send these in advance by "message", and if you have a smartphone, you can take a photo of your passport (including the passport number and face photo page) and send it. This makes it easier to check in by omitting the name, address, occupation, nationality, and passport number of the guest list at check-in. Other special things to note We cannot refund additional charges when a reservation is changed or canceled at the guest's convenience. We appreciate your understanding.
