Take a break, enjoy a digital detox and unwind at this peaceful oasis in the small historic hamlet of Hartsop located near Patterdale. Thought to date back to the 17th Century this Grade II listed property has been sympathetically improved but the character and quaintness still remains throughout the property. Each window boasts stunning fell views of the Lake District National Park and is an ideal base for walkers, explorers and lovers of peace and tranquillity. The space This two bedroom property sleeps 5 people. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a further bedroom has 3 single beds. Both can be reached by the original stone staircase and share a good sized bathroom, please note there is no shower at the property. On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining area with original beams and panelling which leads on to a well equipped kitchen and a good sized laundry room with plenty of space for storing outdoor equipment. Guest access Guests have full access to the property and garden and a parking space if needed. Please take care if deciding to use this space as it is on a little incline. There is plenty of parking available in the car park near the property. Other things to note There is currently no WiFi at the property. There is a good service from mobile providers. There is also no terrestrial TV, You can 'Hotspot' the TV to your mobile telephone 4G for your own Netflix account or watch DVD's Please be aware that this property is in a residential area and guests should be mindful of this. We strongly recommend having travel insurance in place should any eventuality prevents you from traveling.
