In our opinion, our cozy 1 bedroom apartment is located in the best neighborhood in the city. Rogers Park is quirky and artsy, with local provisions shop/watering hole selling candles called "smells like masters degrees in theater and crunchy granola." It's a vibe we love, and we hope you love it too. Our cozy 1 bedroom garden is a 3 minute walk from that watering hole, a 3 minute walk to the Morse Redline Stop, or just a 5 minute walk to the best beach (in our opinion) in Chicago. The space This apartment has its own private entrance and functions like a classic Chicago style garden unit. It has plenty of sunlight on sunny days, windows that open, and a large airy feel. ** Street parking is free and plentiful during the day. At night, you might have to circle and park a few blocks away.** Guest access Walk into our historic three flat like a true Chicagoian with your own separate apartment. Sit on the front stoop in the summer, walk to the beach, or wave to the locals in this quiet residential neighborhood with access to groceries stores, restaurants, bars and entertainment just blocks away! Other things to note This is a spacious one bedroom unit with a king size bed (Nectar mattress) in the bedroom.
