The space This 1200sq ft + lake home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open kitchen, extended front porch with lots of seating, massive front yard for hosting your guests and is nestled in the center of one of the best neighborhoods in Porum Landing! Here’s what to expect: Master Suite - Queen bed & bathroom. There is also an attached room right off the master. Perfect for families with littles who need to be close by. Additional room off master- great for kids but also comfortably sleeps adults. Two full size beds with walk-thru access to the master. Toys available for kids. Sage Room - Queen bed + pack & play with sheets, if needed. Ocean Room - Queen size bed + roll away bed if needed. A stacked washer & dryer with soap and dryer sheets in this room. Fully remodeled bathroom is fully stocked with towels, washcloths, hand towels + shampoo/conditioner/body wash/shaving cream. Beach towels are also available. Living room couch pulls out into a full size bed + the side chair in living room also converts to a bed for a child. Additional sheets/blankets available. Enjoy a large flat screen TV in living room with access to several streaming channels. Wi-Fi access. Lots of board games, cards & dominos are also available. The large dining room table is perfect for seating several people and it turns into a full-size pool table and ping pong table! There is also a large bar top in the kitchen with 4 additional seats for dining. The remodeled kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking & serving. Dishes, silverware + paper goods if desired. An air fryer and pizza maker are also available. Seasonings & condiments are also available if needed. Outside entertainment: the large front patio is great for lounging on the porch swing or cooking on the flat top grill. With a large circle drive, your guests will have plenty of parking.
