Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated, as it ensures the safety of all residents and guests in the building. After checking in, we invite you to get your game on and work up a sweat at the 6th floor recreational area, featuring a pool, basketball court/tennis court, and kids playground! Pool: • Open Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. • Closed on Mondays for maintenance. • Fee: PHP 200 per person, per day (Payment can be made at the Accounting Office on the ground floor). Basketball Court / Tennis Court: • Open Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. • Closed on Mondays for maintenance. Kids’ Playground: • Open Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. • Closed on Mondays for maintenance. Other things to note REQUEST TO HAVE ADDITIONAL GUESTS (For any guest exceeding the 4-person limit): Our unit is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, as it features 2 beds: one queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room. Should guests wish to bring additional individuals, we are open to considering this request, as long as everyone is aware of and comfortable with the limited space of our condo unit. Please be aware that there will be an extra fee for a request to add additional guests that will be exceeding the 4-person limit. PARKING: Paid parking is available at the San Lorenzo Place Mall's parking garage. Parking rates: * First three hours: 50 PHP * Each additional hour: 20 PHP * Flat rate on weekends and holidays: 50 PHP * Motorcycle parking: 40 PHP flat rate * Overnight parking: 300 PHP plus parking fee * Overnight charges will only be apply if customers/visitors park their vehicle on an hourly basis before 12:00 midnight and leave the parking after 12:00 noon of the following day. * A fraction of an hour is considered one (1) hour. * Customers/ Visitors who lost their parking ticket/card will be required to present proof of ownership of the vehicle.
