This apartment is located above a seasonal bikeshop/gift shop business, and is on the same property as Red Raven North, which is an 8 room motel. +Located between Tettagouche and Split Rock Lighthouse State Parks. +Across the street from the Gitchi Gami Trail. +Within a mile to access the Superior Hiking Trail. + 40 miles to Lutsen Mountains Ski Hill The space The apartment is over an operating seasonal business. There are stairs to access the space. There is a large living room, fully stocked kitchen with dinning area. A large bathroom with a walk in shower. The main bedroom has a king bed, with a little balcony with chairs and coffee table. There is a second bedroom down the hall with a queen bed. Other things to note NO PETS. Although we love animals, this property does not allow pets. We do have our own dogs, that come and go from this space, so we would like to avoid any marking, other dogs might make.
