After entering the 2 stall garage, you will enter the first floor. FIRST FLOOR - Kitchen: Newly renovated with updated cabinets and appliances. Gas range, Two dishwashers, Large refrigerator, Counter seating for three. Stocked with standard silverware, dishes, pots, pans, air fryer, coffee pot. - Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer, Second refrigerator - Living Room: TV with sectional couch and chair. Great view of property with large windows and natural light. - Dining Room: Open concept with table to seat 10. Guests can access the entire property, except for the area to the west of the pond that is used by the owner for hunting. Property allows for plenty of parking and WiFi is available. Other things to note There are lots of stairs with the three levels of the property. Be advised the barn gymnasium is located above the garage. The floor is painted plywood and can be slippery with inappropriate shoes. Property is properly cleaned and sanitized after each rental.
