This place has a resolutely unique style. Old school 100% renovated to become my home in March 2024 (new: heating system, doors and windows, electricity, roofing, creation of rooms). The space Adour stone wall and parquet floor. 75 m2 of open living space (living room/kitchen). 2 comfortable bedrooms with new bedding and TV (+ 1 sofa bed). 1 master bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. And 1 shower room with toilet in one of the bedrooms. 2 toilets. Tree-lined and shaded garden of 700 m2 including 50 m2 of terrace (2 parasols, garden table and garden furniture). Guest access Only 1 bedroom will not be accessible. Private, my personal belongings will be gathered there to leave you all the space during your stay.
