Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a beautiful garden that welcomes you, accompanied by a private parking space for your convenience. With autonomous access, you can arrive whenever it suits you best, after 3 p.m. As you cross the threshold, you'll find a space with a television and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of work or study. Right next to it, you'll discover a lovely dining area that perfectly integrates with a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to prepare your favorite dishes. Natural light floods this area thanks to a central light well adorned with natural plants that bring freshness and vitality to the environment. At the back of the house, you'll discover the two bedrooms where you will be staying in one of them. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom: one inside the room and another in the hallway right next to the entrance to the room, ensuring privacy and comfort. Both bedrooms are designed to provide you with rest and serenity, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that offer lovely views of a sunlit patio. In our house, you'll find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. We are ready to welcome you! It has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a private full bathroom and the secondary bedroom, both with closets. Additionally, there is another full bathroom for general use. The house includes a living room and a dining room, and the kitchen is equipped with appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and refrigerator. Guest access You are booking accommodation for one room, but you will be able to use the common areas such as the sofa with the TV in front of it, where you can enjoy a nice movie with your Netflix account. You are only asked to keep the volume at a moderate level and to use this area during appropriate hours so as not to disturb other guests. You can use the kitchen and everything in it; you can cook and enjoy your meals either in the dining area or prepare some delicious popcorn in the oven. We only ask that after you finish cooking and before eating your food, or while you are preparing it, you leave the area you used clean and wash the kitchen utensils. This way, if someone else cooks, they can find everything just as clean and tidy as you found it. The room you are reserving is for private use, as is the corresponding bathroom; no one else should enter your room. No visitors are allowed, and no overnight guests are permitted. We want those who stay here to feel confident and completely at ease, ensuring safety and, above all, a pleasant and respectful environment. During your stay We are attentive to any matters you may need regarding the operation of the accommodation or any advice or suggestions. We will be going twice a week to keep the common areas clean in the basic necessary ways, such as taking out the trash, sweeping the hallways, living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as mopping. This will only be for the common areas. Other things to note Reservations are scheduled for a minimum of 6 days. We do not provide shampoo or soap for bathing, and you will also need to bring your own roll of toilet paper. We only leave a couple of rolls but do not supply more than two per reservation. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, nor in any outdoor areas; smoking is prohibited in any area within the house, including the garage. It must be done outside the entrance gate. This is to respect other guests and because the smell of cigarette smoke can linger on curtains, sofas, sheets, etc. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed, and no drugs of any kind are permitted inside the house, in the light wells, or in the garage. If caught, it will be reported to the appropriate authorities. No visitors are allowed, and no overnight guests are permitted. If caught, it will be reported and you will be asked to vacate the room without any refund. Honest, responsible, and respectful individuals who maintain order and foster a healthy and responsible coexistence are welcome.
