The space The house is located in a private condominium that has 24 hour security, the beach is 100 meters from the house and during the summer season you can have an umbrella and small table on the sand. The beach is long enough to be able to appreciate the beautiful sunset, the flight of various birds and occasionally the swimming of dolphins. The house has three floors, with three different access fronts. It has a large terrace with a barbecue so you can enjoy pleasant get-togethers and relax while enjoying the ocean view from a pool with jacuzzis and multi-color LED lighting. It is located on the third floor with a full bathroom. Large dining room with tempered glass sliding and folding screens to transform it into a large balcony with ocean views from the second floor. The house is quite spacious and can comfortably accommodate 16 people in 5 bedrooms with separate full baths. Additionally there is 1 service bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 4 people and a separate bathroom. There is also a half bathroom located in the living-dining room for visitors. The total lighting of the house is with LED technology. Living room with TV, optical signal cable and WIFI Internet. The house has 2 parking spaces for cars in the front (over the roofless garden) and additionally in the condominium there are places for visiting cars at no additional cost. The accommodation is very well located, near the Boulevard de Asia where there are various stores for shopping, excellent restaurants, entertainment venues and nightclubs. Also a few hours away are tourist attractions such as the Bay of Paracas, Pisco, The Nazca Lines, The Huacachina Dunes, Lunahuaná, Azpitia, etc. Guest access The house is for guests to use in its entirety and you can also use the different common areas that the Condominium has. Condominium Las Terrazas has 5 swimming pools for adults and 2 paddleboards for children, gym, tennis court, natural grass soccer field, beach volleyball, ping pong tables and hand balls. During the summer months (December to April) there is a winery, a first-aid station, and lifeguard at the pools and on the beach. You can also enjoy relaxing massages in the waterfront sand by appointment. Other things to note - The responsible guest must be at least 25 years old. - For rentals longer than 7 days: The cost of electricity and water is additional to the rental price and will be determined according to the consumption indicated by the meters during your stay and will be paid after departure by deposit in a bank account or in cash. - For an additional payment you can hire the services of a person either to cook, clean the house or maintain the pool. - Guests must bring towels as well as their personal items (soap, shampoo, etc.) -Once the reservation is confirmed, the guest must sign a rental contract and complete a form that we will send by email. This document will be delivered to the condominium Administration, which will include their general and guest information, also attaching a photocopy of the identity document. - Very important: The minimum deadline to present this documentation to the Administration is 8 days.
