Other things to note Parking requires a parking permit that will be available in the property. Please make sure to return it before checking out. A fine of £200 will be charged for a lost or misplaced permit. •⁠ ⁠Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. •⁠ ⁠Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied. •⁠ ⁠No pets allowed •⁠ ⁠No unregistered guests allowed •⁠ ⁠Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume •⁠ ⁠Please make sure to lock the doors and windows when you are not there. •⁠ ⁠Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. •⁠ ⁠A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. •⁠ ⁠Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property. •⁠ ⁠Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible •⁠ ⁠If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
