Gîtes – Le Gros Chêne – La Loupe

Welcome to Gîte du Gros Chêne, a fully renovated house designed to accommodate you as a group for a quiet getaway. Close to La Loupe, in the heart of Perche, 1.5 hours from Paris, this very pretty 19th century farmhouse, with typical architecture of the region, was renovated this year. The space The cottage is 800 meters from La Loupe train station (Le Mans - Paris Montparnasse axis), shops (bakery, convenience store, PMU...). Nearby the covered and heated swimming pool of Fontaine-Simon where it is possible to discover the joys of water skiing and wakeboarding. A skatepark has just opened in La Loupe. Hiking or cycling tour of one of the most beautiful forest in Senonches. For fishing lovers, several ponds are located in the area to fish carp and pike. Gulf 9 & 18 holes 20 minutes away. The house is made to accommodate 15 guests. It includes a total of 6 bedrooms: - Three bedrooms with 160 beds ( two on the ground floor & one upstairs). - A bedroom with a 140 bed. - A large bedroom/game room with two pull-out beds, each with two 90 mattresses (can be 160 if raised). - A family room with a 160 bed and a trundle bed with two 90 mattresses as well as a built-in shower room. There is also a TV in one of the bedrooms on the ground floor as well as in the game room and family room. The house has three bathrooms, one upstairs and one on the ground floor, as well as the one in the family room and there are two toilets. The dining room is sized for beautiful tables with its large table 3m long. The living room is equipped with a 75 inch TV and a working fireplace. Guests can also relax on the 30m2 outdoor terrace where there is a garden furniture, umbrella, and a gas plancha. A hot tub area ( 5 seats) is available 24/7 (inside) Coming soon (Dec 2025 possibility to book massages) The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave oven, induction cooktop, classic coffee machine & Tassimo, kettle, toaster, large refrigerator/freezer and 2 raclette machines). It has all the dishes and glassware you need. As an option, a beer printer is available for 25 euros, with a 5L drum and adapters provided. Caution: Exclusive use of the house to booked guests. Not suitable for parties with too much alcohol No smoking in the house The house should be returned tidy, the dishwasher emptied, and the bed sheets removed. Other things to note The fees include cleaning, bed linen, bathroom linen (bath mat, 1 small + 1 large towel per person) and kitchen towels. Toilet paper and dishwasher capsules are not included.
