The flat is located in a quiet street within walking distance of 2 minutes from Parque das Ruínas museum and the famous Color Steps (Selarón). Bars and Restaurants are very close. The space Fully furnished and equipped apartment with cable TV, High speed internet WIFI, Split Air Conditioner, sofa and a comfortable king size bed in the bedroom. The apartment has your private terrace. The apartment has 110V and 220V sockets. The apartment also includes Sheets and towels, Washing machine and soap for laundry for the first wash. Besides your private balcony, The building has an incredible terrace which overlooks the city and the Sugar loaf mountain. The view is just amazing! She will give you relevant information about the neighborhood, travel, dining suggestion as well as many insider tips to make your stay just perfect. Guest access The Flat is located in a quiet street of Santa Teresa, near all major tourist hotspots of Rio de Janeiro. Public transport is easily accessible and well connected to the city. The metro (Gloria Station) it is 7 minutes walking; bus stop just 1 minute from the building or with the traditional and famous tram of Santa Teresa. Their vehicles are the symbol of the neighborhood! Copacabana Beach is just 10 minutes by car or Taxi. We are only 5 minutes walking from Lapa and 3 minutes from the principal street from the neighborhood where you can find all bars and restaurants with a typical Brazilian food. Santa Teresa is the most charming neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro. It is located on top of the center of Rio de Janeiro. It is famous for its winding, narrow streets which are a favorite spot for artists and tourists. It is home to several artists and art studios and galleries. The atmosphere there is relaxed, the neighborhood is colorful place, with great music and full of pubs and restaurants. Wonderful views of the city can be appreciated. Other things to note OUR BUSINESS HOURS ARE FROM 9:30AM TO 6:00PM. You can call us anytime during this period or if is after that you can message us and we will answer as soon as possible. Check-in: from 15:00 to 21:00 horas. To check in between 9:00pm and 11:00pm we charge an extra fee of R$ 120,00 Guests planning to arrive 11:00pm are requested to contact the property before book AS WE ARE NOT A HOTEL WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO INFORM US YOUR ARRIVAL TIME. NOTE, IF THERE ANY UNFORESEEN, PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO RESCHEDULE, OUR TOLERANCE WITHOUT NOTICE IS 30 MINUTES. For early check-ins, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night's charge. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out depends on the availability and is there an extra fee. End-of-stay cleaning is included, however guests must clean the dishes prior to departure. We have optional cleaning service for just 8 Eur/Day. ( 50 BRL) It is forbidden to make parties and smoke inside the apartment and common internal areas of the building.
