Cosy annex in the center of Lund with sun deck

Welcome to stay in our charming annex of about 70 sqm in the heart of Lund and a stone's throw from the beautiful City Park. The accommodation is within walking distance of Lund's cultural experiences, parks, restaurants, cafés, museums and much more. The accommodation is about a 7-minute walk from the Central Station. From the station, it takes 14 minutes to Malmö and 45 minutes to Copenhagen by train. If you want to hang out on the beach and swim, it takes 15 minutes by bus from the station to Lomma, Bjärred or Habo Ljung. The space The annex is a newly renovated separate building located next to the main building on a large shared house plot. The annex has its own entrance and is surrounded by a lovely sun deck overlooking the lush common garden. There is outdoor furniture to use on your own associated sun deck in the southwest. On the first floor, there is an open floor plan with entrance hall, well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room as well as bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine, dryer. The living room has two sofas. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and equipped air-conditioning, a smaller bedroom with a single bed (105 cm), a space with two single beds (90 cm), clothing storage and a smaller TV room with another sofa. There are blackout curtains in all bedrooms. Guest access Access to the entire annex and the surrounding sun deck with outdoor furniture. Free WiFi internet access and two parking spaces on the property. We can provide bed linens and towels for SEK 100 per person. Alternatively, bring your own. Please let us know your choice well in advance. NOTE: It is not allowed to use the beds without bed linen or with a sleeping bag. At check-out, all bed sheets and towels are placed in the laundry basket. Other things to note - The furniture can be updated and improved over time and thus differ from the photos in the listing. - The bedrooms and living rooms are being planned and furnished. Photos will be published soon. - The living room downstairs does not have blackout curtains, so bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to sunlight. - To the upper floor, there is a narrow and slightly steep staircase with smaller steps that you get used to quickly but can feel a little difficult at first. There is a sturdy stair railing for support. - On the entire upper floor, there is a sloping roof and standing height on half the part. - None of the specified spaces are shared with anyone else, but the garden belongs to the main building. - There are grocery stores nearby within a few minutes' walking distance and are open until 11:00 pm every day.
