The space The apartment has 3 floors: The first floor has a living area with a sofa bed, a 32" plasma TV, and a dining area. On this same floor is the kitchen equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, ceramic stovetop, washing machine, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, utensils and kitchenware and a bathroom. The apartment has two bathrooms, on the first floor is the first bathroom with shower. On the second floor, there is a spacious and bright bedroom with two single beds together and direct access through the bedroom to the first terrace, the smallest, of the apartment. Next to the bedroom is the second bathroom with an exterior window and bathtub. The second private terrace, equipped with garden furniture to enjoy views of the city's historic center, is on the apartment's top floor. The apartment has a heating and air conditioning system. WIFI is shared with other guests. Iron and hairdryer. Bed linens and towels. Crib on advance request. This apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building with a typical Sevillian central courtyard.
