🏡 Cozy private bedroom with a beautiful backyard + Weber grill and gazebo seating. Access to full sized kitchen and full private bathroom with walk-in shower. 🚊 10 min walk to Eastcote/ 15 mins walk to Rayners Lane, both on Piccadilly + Metropolitan line and 398 direct bus 2 mins walk from house. 30 min tube ride to Baker Street / 40 mins to Kings Cross. 🪴 ☕️ 🥘 Beautiful parks, forests and cafes and restaurants within a 10 min walk 🧭 Friendly couple who are happy to help with trip planning The space 🚊 🚂 Our place is very close to public transport links, particularly the tube to central London. It’s a 10 min walk to Eastcote high street and tube station/ 15 mins walk to Rayners Lane tube station. It’s a 30 min tube ride to Baker Street /35 mins to Kings Cross from those stations. Both have access to the Piccadilly + Metropolitan tube lines and 398 direct bus 2 mins walk from house. 🚘 ✈️ Close access to M-way links and a 20-25 mins drive to Heathrow International Airport. There is also a direct bus connectivity to the airport, although it takes ~1 hour. 🏡 🛌 Our home is ideal for couples, solo travellers or any combination of up to 2 guests. The UK king size (US Queen) size bed is extremely comfortable, with a high-end spring + memory foam build. We have extra pillows if required and a high-powered portable swivel fan if required on hotter days. 🚪 We will share a common front entrance into the house, as there is no private entrance. Feel free to come in and out as you please, but respectfully keep the noise to a minimum between 11pm-8am. Thank you! 🚿 We have installed a high quality water softener across the main water lines, so your hair/skin will feel great after showers! Otherwise London is known to have a lot of limescale and leads to a lot of hard water harming your skin. Guest access The beautiful recently renovated full bathroom is fully yours and we have a coat rack and cloakroom that we share. You will also have full use of our kitchen, which contains a Ninja food processor, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and air fryer along with regular kitchen utensils. Please help yourself to tea/coffee. We have a 5 burner gas stove, please ensure to safely switch this off once you’re done cooking. We’ll really appreciate it if you can clean up after yourselves but we have a Bosch dishwasher that does most of the work. You are also free to use the dining table and outdoor seating area for leisure. Our beautiful garden is available for use, including the gazebo and Weber triple grill BBQ! During your stay We are generally a social couple who are happy to chat with travelers and welcome them into our home. We can help with anything in terms of navigating the city, sharing local recommandations or travel stories 😊 We’ll keep interaction to a minimum as default to ensure you have a relaxing stay and privacy, but will take the lead of our guests. Either my wife and I will be frequently in and out of the house, so you can contact us in person or message us via the AirBnB app.
