The accommodation is located at the exit of the A10 highway, exit 31 (2 km), close to Saint-Maixent l'Ecole, halfway between Niort and Poitiers in a house of character with a wooded garden. Tourism: Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope, Rochelle, Île de Ré (1 hour highway), Niort (market) Nearby: Tumulus de Bougon Sanxay (thermal baths, opera in August) Melle (Silver Rocks) St Georges (Touche Poupard dam) Menigoute (Golf des Forges, ornithological festival) The space In our house, we offer two bedrooms (sheets and towels included). - One with a 180 cm King size bed for €48 per night, - The other with a 137 cm bed for €30 per night (Extra charge) A bathroom on the landing serves these two bedrooms. We offer breakfast for €6/person, to be specified and paid upon arrival. A baby bed and a camp bed are available. Guest access The accommodation is on the first floor accessible by a wooden staircase. The living room located below the two bedrooms is available with kettle, tea, herbal tea, coffee. The property is accessible to cars, the gate is locked. Opportunity to relax in the garden. During your stay We live in the house, it's very easy to come and talk to us directly. Other things to note We have a key box in case of late arrivals. However, we prefer to welcome our guests. No pets allowed in this place. For children, a life-size game of horses is available in the garden.
