Ideally located at the exit of the A10 highway (Exit 31 St Maixent l'Ecole/Lusignan), 2 km between Niort and Poitiers, halfway between Paris and the Spanish border, and a short distance from Futuroscope, the Marais Poitevin, and Puy du Fou. Tourism: Île de Ré (1 hour) Halles de Niort Bougon Tumulus Sanxay (thermal baths, opera in August) Melle (Silver Rocks) St Georges (Touche Poupard dam) Menigoute (Golf des Forges, ornithological festival) The space We offer two bedrooms (sheets and towels included). - The large one: a 180 cm king-size bed, €48 per night / two people. - The small one: a 137 cm bed, €30 surcharge per night for a third person or for two children. - Rental for two people each wanting a bedroom: extra €12 (linen maintenance). Bathroom with toilet on the landing for these two bedrooms. The rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. No cooking. We offer breakfast for €6/person, to be specified and paid upon arrival. There is a baby bed. Guest access The rooms are on the first floor and are accessible via a wooden staircase. On the ground floor, a relaxation room with a table, living room, and TV (without Wi-Fi) is available for your use, as well as a kettle with bags (tea, herbal tea, coffee) and sugar. The property is accessible by car from the D611; the gate is locked. You can relax in the garden. During your stay We live in the house, it's very easy to come and talk to us directly. Other things to note We have a key box in case of late arrivals. However, we prefer to welcome our guests. No pets allowed in this place. For children, a life-size game of horses is available in the garden.
