Replacement cost of JPY 50,000 will be charged to you should you fail to fully comply with #5 above upon check-out. If key replacement is required, JPY 50,000 will be charged. Guests are required to pick up the duplicated key at a designated location. *Left Items Handling Fee* If anything is left in the room after check out, a handling fee of JPY8,000 plus postage fee (it varies) will be charged for sending the item back to the guest. *Late Check-out Charge* If you check out later than 10AM, the cleaning company will charge the guest JPY2,000 for each 10 minutes after 10AM because they have to delay or even cancel their next cleaning job due to the late check-out. Please keep QUIET at night because the units are located at residential area. The apartment will be cleaned before you check-in and after you check-out. No daily cleaning service will be provided. Extra cleaning can be arranged upon request with extra cost. Extra cleaning during your period of stay can be arranged upon request before check-in date, extra cleaning fee will be charged for the extra cleaning. Please do not smoke inside the room, at the balcony or at the common areas. SPECIAL SMOKE CLEANING FEE of 50,000yen to clear the smell of cigarette will be charged to the guest if you smoke. Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of ALL guests. This includes their names, date of birth, gender, phone number, home address, occupation and dates of stay. ALL guests must provide passport copies for record purpose. If the guest does not have a home address in Japan, we will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number. The futons in Japanese room have to be setup by the guest themselves when sleeping. This apartment is located at 3/F (walk 2 levels of staircase above ground). Since this is a duplex apartment, there is an internal staircase connected to the 2nd floor of the apartment. Please be careful with the staircase and balcony.
