The space This modern renovated space is located on the Atic floor with elevator access. It has an open kitchen, living room with a large sofa, smart TV led and a big working station. There is a large outdoor private terrace of 30 sq mts with lots of vegetation, automated irrigation, barbecue, outside living room and a dining space that fits up to 8 people. This 1 bedroom apartment features a large queen size bed with great closet storage and a full bathroom with a soaking tub. There is a weekly Cleaning Service provided in the current asking price. This is mandatory, the very trustworthy lady who cleans my apartment will come to clean the aparment on a weekly basis every Thursday around mid day.
