Architect-designed villa perched in "Le Bois des Roches"

Our seventies architectural villa is located in an exceptional setting. Here, wherever you look, you will find nature, away from prying eyes... Except those of birds and squirrels! Here, we take the time to slow down, breathe, and recharge Beautiful walks to do from the villa. The famous Cerny / La Ferté-Alais aerodrome is not far away. RER C or D station within 10 minutes by car for a possible Parisian excursion... The space The villa is on stilts. It is on two levels. Entrance, kitchen open to the living room, original seventies look, rounded corner windows, large bay windows overlooking a beautiful terrace. You are in the middle of nature and at the height of the trees: chestnut, pine, fir and oak. On this floor, at your disposal the kitchen open to the living room, TV area, relaxation area, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. On the lower floor, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and laundry area (homemade laundry!). Two bedrooms, one with natural rock and private terrace. The second largest with a sofa bed, a small rattan bed (extra bed for children only), a TV lounge area, games, reading (children and adults). You are at our place, and we want you to feel at home! Guest access If you are not afraid of "the climb", a parking space is provided right in front of the villa. Otherwise, you can park just down the private driveway, you will have to climb on foot! It's pretty steep but not very long and it keeps you in shape! Other things to note Our nest is perched, the land of more than one hectare to which you will have access is comparable to the forest of Fontainebleau. Of course, no fire, no cigarettes! Of course, you must be careful and not leave children unattended. There is a swing set for them below the villa. Léna and Suki are my two adorable cats who roam freely. Feel free to close your rooms if you don't want to find one on the bed and the other in your travel bag! During your stay, we ask that you take care of them by giving them their kibble and renewing the water regularly. Thank you for them! Petting and hugs are welcome! We are surrounded by chestnut trees. Our neighbor Gilbert is a beekeeper and his honey is delicious! Ideal for leaving with a little souvenir of the area.
