Cottage in Dixieland

Our little green house is a garage apartment that is located in Dixieland, close to downtown Lakeland with several restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. There is off street parking off of the alley, and a stones throw away from an amazing bakery,restaurants, and a ice cream shop. There is a cute front porch with a rocking bench and a screened in back porch that is private and shaded by the big oak trees. The bedroom is large enough to hold a brand new King size bed. The space The bedroom does not have a door that separates it from the living room. We just added a brand new leather sofa with chaise. Guest access Access to the apartment is in the backnof the property. The backyard is shared with the main house, which is also an airbnb. rent both to accommodate a total of 8. The Tiki Hut is for use of the main house guest. Other things to note There is a tiki hut in the back yard closer to the main house. This is available for use by the main house guest.The apartment has a private small screen porch off the kitchen and a small front porch with a great view.
